Freeze the list first
Assign one number to each participant and save the list before the draw. If someone appears more than once, decide whether those entries are allowed. The generator selects numbers; it does not verify identities or contest eligibility.
Example: three winners out of ten
Set the range to 1–10 and the count to 3. Enable unique numbers. To exclude entries 2 and 8, enable exclusions and enter 2, 8. Eight eligible numbers remain, and the three numbers in this draw will be different. A new run starts a new sample and may repeat previous winners.
What the result proves
Share the original list, settings and an uninterrupted recording. Random selection does not prevent an organizer from running another draw, so a single screenshot cannot prove there were no retries. This tab's history is not an independent audit log. Correct impossible settings before starting: you cannot draw 9 distinct numbers from 8 available ones.
Questions and answers
Can numbers repeat?
Yes, unless uniqueness is enabled. Uniqueness applies only within the current run.
Are both endpoints included?
Yes. A range of 1–10 can produce both 1 and 10.
How is a number selected?
Web Crypto supplies random 32-bit values. The incomplete tail interval is rejected before mapping to an eligible list index.
