Demo mnemonics and real wallet seed phrases

The limitations of a demonstration word list and why it must not be used in a wallet.

Randomchik editorial team

What the demonstration does

The page selects 12, 18 or 24 words from a shortened built-in list. It does not implement the complete BIP39 process with a checksum and full word list. The result must not be treated as a valid BIP39 seed phrase, even if the words look familiar or a wallet lets you enter them.

Appropriate educational use

Use fictional lists for multiline field mockups, word numbering and text wrapping tests. Never import them into a wallet holding real funds. Do not attribute 128-bit or 256-bit strength to this demonstration: word count alone does not provide that strength.

Handling real secrets

Create a working wallet using a trusted wallet's own setup process and follow its backup instructions. Never send a real seed phrase to Randomchik support, paste it into an error report or publish it in a screenshot. This site does not recover wallets or validate live seed phrases.

Questions and answers

Is the result BIP39 compliant?

No. It is a demonstration list without the full dictionary and BIP39 checksum procedure.

Can I use it to hold cryptocurrency?
