Passwords without similar characters 0/O/l/I/1 โ easy to type, hard to crack
This password generator creates strong passwords without visually similar characters such as 0 and O, l, I and 1. Such characters are easy to confuse when reading from a screen, dictating over the phone or typing manually, which leads to login errors. Removing them makes the password just as secure but far more convenient to use.
The tool is handy when a password has to be entered by hand, printed on a card, read aloud or passed to another person. It keeps high cryptographic strength while improving readability, and works online in the browser without registration.
